What a pleasure! Michelle was incredibly responsive with her insightful suggestions. Everything went off without a hitch and we were glad to take advantage of early check-in/late check-out and the amazing breakfast buffet, as included. We put our hotel credit to good use at the hotel's iconic Library Bar, too. Highly recommend!

Working with Michelle is ALWAYS the easiest part of planning events and trips. I'm incredibly grateful for Michelle's insight and expertise. She is honest and trustworthy, which is essential when planning larger-scale group events. At this point, I don't know if I could plan anything without Michelle's help in one way or another. 5 stars! Michelle was a dream to work with on preparing for our trip and putting together an ideal itinerary. She was a good listener, with insights and knowledge about each location, and responded to our personalities and preferences. We constantly praised her along the way for each expedition and the personal service we received at each hotel. We appreciated all the welcoming touches and upgrades and were made to feel special. Along the way, she was responsive and available to augment reservations. We couldn't imagine doing this three-city extravaganza without her - or any future trips. A million thank yous. What a memorable trip!
