I can not tell you how impressed with all the little details you worked so hard on each day to make our trip special. Every one was on time, vehicles were clean inside and out, the drivers were groomed, polite and very informed about the area we would toure that day. The wheel chair was a blessing. It was interesting how they got me on and off the train. Everyone was so helpful. The fellowship with my family was worth so much, no one got sick the weather was beautiful a perfect vacation with your help and we are very grateful, Job well done.

Melissa is excellent and always on top of things. She handles both my personal and corporate travel quickly and keeps me informed of any changes to my reservations as they happen.
On a recent trip I specifically requested the JW Marriott Marquis Miami. Melissa had offered several other options, and in hindsight I should have taken her advice — the hotel didn't live up to expectations. That's on me, not her. Her recommendations have consistently been spot on, and I'll be trusting her judgment more going forward.
Highly recommend Melissa for anyone who values a travel advisor that is responsive, proactive, and genuinely good at matching properties to the traveler.
