Advisor - The "Eiffel View" 3-Day VIP Power Trip: A Curated Mother-Daughter Escape
Curator’s statement

Paris is a city of layers, and most travelers only see the surface. For this mother-daughter getaway, we leveraged my Fora VIP partnership to turn a beautiful trip into an elite experience. Staying at Le Dokhan’s in the 16th Arrondissement, we didn’t just have a room; we had a nightly front-row seat to the Eiffel Tower’s sparkle—thanks to a complimentary upgrade we secured upon arrival.

Where to stay

Day 1: Five neighborhoods & the "Emily" aesthetic

A freshly baked, buttery pastry to start the day

Morning: The VIP landing. After a ride in the hotel’s vintage Louis Vuitton elevator, we settled into our upgraded suite.

Afternoon: The multi-neighborhood golf cart tour. We covered more ground in three hours than most do in three days. We zipped through the Latin Quarter, Saint-Germain-des-Prés, and the 8th Arrondissement, stopping for “Emily in Paris” photo ops and hidden gardens. We capped it off at the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Élysées.

Evening: The golden glow. A sunset stroll at the Trocadéro (a 3-minute walk from the hotel) to see the Tower light up for the first time.

Day 2: Royal grounds & artistic gardens (Giverny & Versailles)

The pond....inspiration at its best!

Morning: Monet’s Giverny. A private morning transfer to the French countryside. Walking across the green bridge in Monet’s gardens is the ultimate “slow-down” moment before a busy afternoon.

Afternoon: Versailles Palace and grounds. We tackled the massive estate with my pro strategy: renting an electric golf cart. It’s the only way to see the Palace, the fountains, and Marie Antoinette’s Trianon in one afternoon without exhaustion.

The VIP luck: Thanks to my industry connections, our small group tour turned into an unexpected private tour of the Palace—an unforgettable “empty Hall of Mirrors” moment.

Day 3: Two statues, one Louvre & local life

Locals' secret spot! (not so secret anymore ;-))

Morning: History and literature. We visited Notre Dame and the iconic Shakespeare and Company Bookshop.

The hidden gem: Lady Liberty. We took the Metro to the Beaugrenelle neighborhood to see the replica Statue of Liberty on the Île aux Cygnes—a quiet, sophisticated spot with zero crowds.

Lunch: The 8th Arrondissement. A long, indulgent lunch at a lovely, authentic local cafe tucked away in the 8th.

Evening: The after-hours Louvre. My top expert tip: we did the Louvre at night. No crowds, a glowing glass pyramid, and an intimate encounter with the Mona Lisa.

Finale: A final champagne toast at Le Dokhan’s Bar while watching the Tower sparkle from our window
