McKensie is AMAZING! Truly cannot put into words how helpful she was throughout the planning process. We made the decision to change our entire trip VERY last minute. McKensie not only helped us navigate the decision-making process but worked tirelessly to recoup all our funds from the original trip making the pivot stress free! She is extremely knowledgeable, detail oriented, timely, and budget focused. All the things you want with a travel agent PLUS she is funny, kind, and encouraging! We will never travel without McKensie again!
