My Travel Style
My travel style is very versatile. I love adventure-packed vacations, but a girl appreciates luxury and relaxation! I mostly travel with my husband and now teenage son, and I like family-focused trips with something for everyone. I enjoy culture enrichment, historical sites, natural wonders, city walks and good food. I love the most central hotels as much as the most remote ones!

I gave Marisol my bucket list and she nailed it. From a romantic dinner cruise on the Seine to dinner on the Eiffel Tower to the perfect hotel room, it was the perfect Paris vacation. And all the guided tours were amazing. And the special dinner she found for us at Sacre Fleur was so memorable.

We had an absolutely incredible birthday celebration in Miami Beach thanks to Marisol. She listened to our destination and budget and got us a great deal at Hotel Greystone. She made everything extremely easy and came up with a perfect itinerary. We couldn't ask for a better travel agent. We highly recommended Marisol and we will be using her for our future vacations.

While traveling to Cartagena, Colombia, I spent a few nights at Las Islas. It was such an unforgettable vacation full of luxury, nature and so much adventure! This luxurious resort is located in Baru, a small island off the coast of Cartagena. You can arrive via boat, helicopter and the least recommended auto route. The property consists of one and two-bedroom treetop or sea level bungalows, some featuring private pools. The dining, spa and activity options are top-notch! Ultimately, Las Islas is such a versatile location where you can celebrate romanticism, bring your kids and family for endless fun or even enjoy a solo retreat.

Need I say more? We visited during December, which meant less crowds, more Christmas lights! Our trip included the National Mall monuments and memorials, several museums, and a trip to the White House! We stayed in Arlington, as Rosslyn is only a 6min metro ride from the city, while offering a more quiet vibe.
