Maggie organized a large, complicated 3-generation family vacation with creativity, attentiveness, and care. With so many different needs in terms of recreation, childcare, nightlife, and dietary concerns for a large party ranging in ages from 1 to 90+, there was no shortage of things that could go wrong, but Maggie met the challenge and more!
She found a luxury resort that could accommodate everyone's needs, made sure the hotel was prepared for our visit and followed through on each and every detail. Just amazing service!

Planning a trip for 16 people could have been overwhelming, but Maggie made the entire process seamless. She was incredibly helpful with every detail, from booking our rooms and securing dinner reservations to recommending excursions that were perfect for our group.
She even helped us arrange a meeting space for a family gathering during our stay, making sure every aspect of our trip was taken care of. Throughout the planning process, Maggie was responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer questions or offer suggestions.
What impressed us most was that her service didn't end once we arrived. She checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was going well, which was such a thoughtful touch. We couldn't have asked for a better travel advisor and are so grateful for everything she did to make our family vacation such a success. We highly recommend working with Maggie!

Maggie was SO helpful! Also very diligent and quick to help answer any and all questions we had. We were very impressed with her travel knowledge. So thankful we had her as our travel agent. Will be booking through Maggie again!

Maggie’s suggestion to stay at the Civilian Hotel is truly appreciated. I would not have found this great spot on my own. Maggie was wonderful to work with. I had an unforgettable night in Manhattan with my sister and mom in April 2026. We caught Lady Gaga's final MAYHEM Ball performance at Madison Square Garden. While in town, we enjoyed a lovely stay at the CIVILIAN—wonderful city views, delicious cocktails at the Rosevale Cocktail Room, and comfy beds to rest our heads after three and a half hours of musical mastery. Within walking distance of MSG, it was as convenient as it was chic. We can't wait to go back.
