Day 1: First night in paradise
Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed into the gorgeous lobby, handed a welcome drink, and escorted to your swim-up room by your personal concierge. After unpacking and exploring your luxurious, boho-chic accommodations, enjoy a light lunch and cocktails by one of the resort’s three pools. Poolside food and drink service means you never need to leave your lounge chair! As evening approaches, get dressed for a romantic dinner at Italian-inspired Mi Carisa, followed by a craft cocktail at Bar Balam, the chic lobby bar.
Day 2: Spa indulgence and poolside partying
Begin the morning with breakfast in bed or on your private terrace, complete with soaking tub. Late morning is reserved for the spa, where you’ll move through Unico’s signature hydrotherapy circuit before enjoying a couples massage designed to leave you both completely relaxed. Then head to the lively 2087 pool for an afternoon of DJ beats and frozen cocktails at the swim-up bar. After an afternoon siesta in the shade, get ready for dinner at Mura House for Japanese specialties, including delicious fresh sushi rolls.
Day 3: Shared adventures
Venture off-resort together to explore the region’s beauty and culture. Unico offers a series of signature tours ranging from exploring cenotes and Mayan ruins to sunset sailing on the Caribbean. Prefer to stay on-property? Join a mixology or cooking class, take a guided snorkel tour from the beach, or book a private photo session to capture your time in paradise forever. In the evening, savor memorable traditional Yucatan dishes and Mayan coffee at Cueva Siete before a salsa dancing lesson in the lounge.
Day 4: A luxurious farewell
Sleep in and enjoy a leisurely breakfast with mimosas delivered to your room. Take a quiet morning walk along the shoreline before spending your final day poolside. Or read a book quietly alongside the La Escondida pool, or participate in a friendly game of volleyball in the 2087 pool. Stop by the resort’s boutique to pick up a bottle of their signature room spray, guaranteed to transport you back to Unico every time you smell it. For your final evening, dress for a farewell dinner at your favorite restaurant, toast with champagne, and enjoy a host-prepared relaxing soak in your terrace spa tub.
Need to know
Unico 2087 is about 1.5 hours south of the Cancún Airport, requiring a longer transfer than many hotels in Cancún and Riviera Maya. A private luxury transfer is absolutely worth the extra expense to make the ride quicker and more enjoyable. You can book one directly with Unico or through a local transportation company.
