Lucy went above and beyond for our Madrid stay. She took the time to research several hotels within the price range we wanted, carefully comparing options to make sure we had comfort, great walkability, and the overall experience we were hoping for. It was such a relief and honestly so awesome,to have someone doing that level of research for us.
The hotel she ultimately chose was perfect. The location was ideal and easy to walk everywhere, and our room had a gorgeous view of the Theatre across the way. When we arrived, we found a heartfelt note from Lucy along with a bottle of wine waiting for us, which made us feel instantly welcomed and cared for.
This was the perfect start to our trip, and we’re incredibly grateful to Lucy for the care, research, and thought she put into planning it. We highly recommend her to anyone traveling to Spain, or anywhere!

No words! Lucy is fabulous and johnny on the spot. Lucy listens to your needs and makes sure everything is in place. She is not a ine and done. I loved working with her. Listening to her suggestions and Lucy also listened to mine. The car service was also key for me after getting off of a 14 hour flight and having a driver right there to pick me up. I love Lucy!

The welcoming environment upon entering the reception made me wish I was staying there!

Weekend Stay at Hotel Le Ballu in Paris
In July 2024, I celebrated my wedding anniversary in Paris at Hotel Le Ballu in a beautifully decorated, peaceful refuge. I was recovering from an injury and the staff went above and beyond to not only welcome us but to make sure I was in an accessible room. This stylish 5-star boutique hotel has 35 rooms and a Michelin Key. It features a garden restaurant with both indoor and outdoor seating and a unique swimming pool with a sauna. Le Ballu was a magical experience and I would highly recommend it to my clients.
