Lisa is elite. Her organization, communication and response time to questions is the best. As someone who is very organized with travel, I found it refreshing to have a travel consultant that was just as obsessed with organizing our travel as we were. We walked through the entire trip before going and each step of the way was planned, which makes it so much easier to just enjoy the trip and not worry about the minor details. We enjoyed our time because the details were all handled ahead of time. Lisa was also available while we were traveling for any questions we had. The itinerary was perfect for our first trip to Europe and left us now trying to plan another trip back.

She checked in regularly and provided us with ongoing advice about both the ship itself, as well as things to do on our stops. She took all our requests and our mother’s limited mobility into account so that we were able to see and do everything we wanted. She responded to all our messages in a timely manner. Lisa was instrumental planning our river cruise. She knew which cruise line and itinerary would match our needs. She took care of every detail including pre and post cruise hotels and activities. She made sure we had a driver to meet us at the airport upon arrival and she arranged private tour guides in Prague and Paris. We enjoyed working with her again and recommend her to all of our friends. Lisa knows how to plan the most amazing vacations wherever in the world we want to visit on land or by sea.
