Lisa did a great job making sure everything was planned so that our trip was worry free, so we could just enjoy our trip. She took all our requests and our mother’s limited mobility into account so that we were able to see and do everything we wanted. She responded to all our messages in a timely manner. Lisa was instrumental planning our river cruise. She knew which cruise line and itinerary would match our needs. She took care of every detail including pre and post cruise hotels and activities. She made sure we had a driver to meet us at the airport upon arrival and she arranged private tour guides in Prague and Paris. We enjoyed working with her again and recommend her to all of our friends. Lisa knows how to plan the most amazing vacations wherever in the world we want to visit on land or by sea.
