Lindsay was absolutely excellent! From my initial request, to all the steps in between, she asked great questions, had really timely follow up, worked with our budget and location request around a tour we were taking. Her communication was exactly spot on, prompt and thoughtful. She gave me three great options for hotels and helped me pick the best one which we were very happy with. She even asked the hotel to arrange the pull out sofa so that it was ready for us when we got to the room, which after a really long day of travel was so appreciated! She made my experience so much better with her help and I would definitely recommend her and use her again to plan any travel arrangements!

Lindsay was wonderful to work with. She was quick with her responses and followed up several times to check in. She provided several hotel options with pertinent details to explain the pros and cons of each. She also provided recommendations of places and things to check out. As we got closer to our vacation, Lindsay checked in a couple times to see if she could help with anything else, such as tickets or reservations. When we checked into our hotel, we received a lovely note from Lindsay. It was a nice touch to make us feel welcome after a day of traveling.
