Lauren Natalino, our travel advisor was very professional Her Service and Communication with my wife and I were stress-free and spot on from the time we got there to the time we left.
She emailed our itinerary and put recommendations on for the restaurants and places to go and every single restaurant that she recommended we went to, and the food was great. It was great having an itinerary all set up for you explaining everything about the hotel from the time you check in till the time you check out and having recommendations to some of the nicest restaurants around.
My wife and I will be using Lauren every time we travel and I would recommend her to anyone that wants to have their travel experience stress-free

Our stay at the The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman was exceptional from start to finish. With Lauren’s assistance we were upgraded from a garden view to a stunning oceanfront suite, and waking up to Seven Mile Beach each morning was unforgettable. The preferred partner perks were top notch.
Upon arrival, a beautiful cake and chilled Prosecco were waiting in our suite for Valentine’s Day surprise for my wife — the coordination between Lauren and the Ritz team was seamless and made the celebration feel incredibly special.
Transportation was perfectly arranged, and the dining recommendations were spot on our advisor Lauren provided. We loved Palm heights Tillie’s, and Taikun — located right at the Ritz — delivered an elevated sushi experience. The rum tasting at the Ritz bar was also a highlight and such a fun touch that she recommended.
Truly a five-star experience by Lauren our FORA travel advisor — she added so much value to our first time Cayman Islands stay. We can’t wait to return and book with her again!

I cannot say enough great things about our booking experience through FORA Advisor Lauren Natalino. Our very detailed itinerary included all of our daily & evening bookings, which she booked and organized for us! Her local restaurant recommendations, beach party day bed and all our activities were well crafted to our specific needs!
