USAF veteran, wife, and mom to 2 pups and a little girl! I’m a sucker for a good US road trip and love to take the road less-traveled, as long as it includes good food. I’m currently obsessing over my next Nordic getaway!
Travel Style
My ideal vacation: a hike with epic views followed by a delicious meal that I don’t have to clean up after, all on a budget. I love to stay on the move, and my husband would rather lounge on the beach, so finding the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure is my specialty! The southwestern US and Nordic/Scandinavian regions are of particular interest to me, but I’m always eager to experience (and help others experience) any new place with differences in food and culture!

Lauren planned our entire Iceland trip and made the whole experience completely stress-free. She was incredibly responsive to questions and took our preferences and wishes into account every step of the way. Left to my own devices, I would have spent months figuring it all out — Lauren handled everything seamlessly.
Her recommendations and tips were spot-on, and we found ourselves enjoying so many of them throughout the trip. We had an absolutely incredible time and couldn’t have done it without her. Five stars without hesitation!
