Latonya was phenomenal! She’s extremely knowledgeable about different cruise lines, pros and cons of each based on our travel preferences, and provided answers to every question we had in a timely fashion. She definitely went the extra mile, researching activities, and helped us from the planning phase, through departure. her passion for travel and for cruising definitely shines through in her attention to detail. She did a phenomenal job.
