Curator’s statement
MSC Seashore surprised me in the best way. It blends European elegance with Caribbean sunshine, creating a cruise experience that feels elevated, modern, and wonderfully curated. The ship is stylish without trying too hard, and the service always felt warm and personal. What made this itinerary stand out even more was the “Best of Nassau” cultural tour, a day filled with island history, local flavors, and rum tastings that reminded me why I love exploring the Caribbean beyond the beaches.

Docked in Nassau
MSC Seashore is one of the most thoughtfully designed ships I’ve sailed. Its sleek, modern aesthetic feels more like a European resort floating across the Caribbean clean lines, dramatic crystal and glass walkways, and plenty of outdoor spaces that intentionally connect you to the ocean. One of my favorite things about the Seashore is its layout, which is incredibly easy to navigate even though the ship is large. Whether you’re relaxing in the aft infinity pool or listening to live music in the evening, the entire ship feels elegant and intentional.
The food on MSC Seashore consistently impressed me. The specialty restaurants offer variety and quality, but even the included dining options stand out compared to many mainstream cruise lines. Service was warm and attentive, and the crew made the experience feel personal. I often recommend MSC to clients who enjoy a more international crowd, stylish spaces, and a slightly more refined vibe without jumping into the ultra-luxury category.
One of the best highlights of this itinerary was the Best of Nassau tour, a perfect mix of history, culture, and food. We explored the island’s past through the eyes of local guides, tasted Bahamian dishes, sampled cakes and pastries, and wrapped up the day with rum tastings that felt like a celebration of the island’s heritage. It’s the kind of tour that gives you a deeper connection to the Bahamas, far beyond the beaches and shopping.
MSC Seashore is a fantastic choice for couples, culture-seekers, food lovers, and travelers who want a fresh, globally influenced take on Caribbean cruising. For clients who prefer a ship that feels modern, artistic, and beautifully designed, Seashore is always on my list.

The Officers in Motion was awesome
Need to know
MSC cruises attract an international crowd, which makes nightlife and dining lively, social, and diverse.
The ship’s infinity pool at the aft is one of the best relaxation spots onboard.
Specialty dining is worth it, however, MSC’s buffet is the best-kept secret!!
The “Best of Nassau” tour is ideal for travelers who want to learn about local history while tasting authentic Bahamian flavors.
MSC’s entertainment is not their strong suit. Don’t sail this ship expecting Broadway-level productions, the shows are simple, short and hit-or-miss. Go for the ship’s beauty, design, dining, and cultural experience rather than the stage shows.
