This email is to thank you and give you my review of our recent trip to Croatia and Montenegro. It was simply amazing!! We weren’t able to give you much guidance and instead depended on you to plan the perfect trip with only our broad outline that we were looking for a high-end active trip to Croatia for a group of friends that did not want to be stuck with strangers in a larger group trip.

The planning was perfect and you and Journey2Croatia seemed to have thought of everything. When we had questions along the way both you and Magdalena were so responsive. It was wonderful to have someone located in Croatia too!

Each stop of our trip was well designed with our desire for an active vacation and high-end hotels and food in mind. It was obvious that you planned around our allergy concerns with great care. Each hotel and restaurant where we were scheduled to stay or dine were well aware of the applicable restrictions and took great care to accommodate our particular allergy situation.

I especially loved our boat days in Hvar. The captain and crew were very knowledgeable, nice and well prepared. Our dining experiences at local farm houses and wineries were spectacular and certainly out of the mainstream. The old town tours in each city were interesting and led by well informed and highly experienced tour guides. While the waterfall tour was crowded with tourists, our tour guide did a good job of steering us outside of the crowds to the extent possible.

Two of the hotels deserve especially high praise. The Princess Elizabeth in Hvar and the Villa in Dubrovnik were outstanding. Because of your agency, we received wonderful little gifts at each location and what felt like very special treatment. The Villa even left a special birthday cake to recognize one of our group’s birthday! The location, the accommodations, the staff, the food, and the drinks were all five star.

The limousine service was also excellent. Our drivers were all courteous and prompt, helped us with our luggage and questions, provided water and drove the cleanest and nicest cars. We are so glad that you arranged transportation for us between cities and for our tours.

The flight you found for us were perfect and we also appreciate your good advice on travel insurance issues.

I look forward to enlisting you to plan future trips for us.

Kylee was so great throughout the entire experience. She was very responsive and timely. All the hotels she recommended were great! One thing that was appreciated was that she provided options throughout the process and information but did not do so in a way that felt like she was pushing you toward one thing over the others. The itinerary was so detailed and helpful to have once on our trip! She also checked in during our trip to make sure everything was going smoothly. We will definitely be using her for future travel!

Kylee was great. Our hotel had a number of issues outside of her control and she was working with us daily to try and improve our stay. Really appreciate that she stayed engaged to help after booking.

First, I have to tell you the biggest thank you from the bottom of my heart! You truly did not miss for us on this trip and you made it so easy and it felt so collaborative. Laneway house was more than we could’ve imagined in the most beautiful area. The house was impeccable, the homeowner who we met was, and the view was just outrageous. The location was perfect and Whitefish was as quaint and bougie as we could have desired. Your restaurant recommendations hit every time, right down to Tupelo Grill being such a favorite for us like it is for you that we went twice! I know I keep repeating the same words over and over because I truly can’t convey to you what this trip meant to me and the kids. Kylee, thank you again with all that I am. You helped me fulfill a lifelong dream and I got to do it with my kids! I hope you stay in business forever because we’re already discussing what’s next.

Kylee is amazing! We always book our trips through her—she makes everything so easy and stress-free. She always has the best suggestions for food, places to stay, and fun activities. Couldn’t imagine planning a trip without her!
