While we would all love a week or two of PTO to travel, sometimes all we have is a long holiday weekend. 5 days in Iceland is a perfect way to spend it! As someone who loves adventure, being active and learning about locals, and struggles with laying on the beach for days on end, St. Lucia was the perfect destination for me and my partner to explore! They immediately fell in love with this beautiful city and the river flowing straight through it. Christmas time is my favorite time of year, and since moving to New York City, it has become even more special. I am always the happiest in November and December as I walk around the city decked out in holiday colors. I explore as many of the Christmas events that NYC has to offer. There is truly no place like Christmas in NYC!

I spent five months studying dance in Florence, Italy in the spring of 2021. Due to the pandemic, I was not able to travel out of the city often, and found myself immersed in Florence's culture and it quickly felt like home. On a student's budget, I discovered where the locals eat the most delicious meals and treats and learned the best food isn't always the most expensive!
