Kathryn worked diligently with us to select our choices for our trip to Italy. She advised us of different room configurations that would best accommodate our group and was transparent about pricing. She was readily available to address any modifications. Having our itinerary available via the TripPlans app was incredibly valuable for keeping track of our reservations, transportation and tours and made our trip so much easier!
