Karen was not only a pleasure to work with but made everything so seamless. Prior to the trip her communication was excellent and she shared a detailed and beautiful curated itinerary (including pictures!) as well as travel recommendations for packing, souvenir shopping and travel day details re: pick ups and drop offs. Once at the destination her coordination was simply unparalleled. When running behind or group desires changed, Karen was immediately on the phone to shift the sequencing as it related to transportation, reservations, and meet up places. New and updated details were handled even before we realized it. Her ability to pivot on the spot and accommodate a large group was professional and swift. Additionally, Karen curated an itinerary that was at the same time varied and balanced. It was the perfect blend of adventure and recovery time and all the activities she organized - ranging from outdoor adventures to indoor eating and wine pairings - were excellent. It was reassuring that from the onset Karen emphasized that all plans were optional so that individuals could break off if they wanted something different or some alone time. In short, Karen was detail oriented, creative in her content offerings, and made easy what can be an overwhelming task. I have already referred several of my traveling friends to Karen and certainly will be using her again for my next trip.
