Karen has been an exceptional travel planner for our family. She came highly recommended by a number of friends, and after working with her ourselves, it’s easy to understand why.
We originally started working with Karen on a major international trip, but in the meantime have ended up working with her on numerous domestic trips as well. I have never worked with a travel planner who is more responsive. She has taken the time to really understand our family’s preferences and priorities, and that understanding comes through in the options and recommendations she provides.
Karen has also been invaluable when things haven’t gone according to plan. She has helped get us out of more than one jam with canceled flights and has found us wonderful hotel options on very short notice (like here with the Surrey ). Having someone so responsive and resourceful when travel gets complicated has made an enormous difference.
Just as importantly, Karen keeps the process of planning travel fun. She has great insight into the trade-offs between different options and is very good at helping us think through those decisions without making the process feel complicated or overwhelming.
