Working with Juli was a great experience — she is excellent! She has great energy, is extremely responsive, accommodating and offered wonderful recommendations tailored to our needs and preferences. She really listens. She discerned quickly what we would like i.e.; found an off-beat coastal walk that was totally our vibe that we probably wouldn't have found without her input. The itinerary was seamless and so detailed we were totally prepared and did not encounter any hiccups. I feel lucky I randomly found her through another online contact and would ABSOLUTELY hire her for future trips. As well I will be recommending her to anyone planning a trip.

Her communication was clear and insightful. My requests for hotels were fairly specific to transportation and safety. I loved how she presented me with three hotel choices to choose from with detailed information of each. We traveled between 4 cities and two countries and I could not have been happier with the hotel selections. While our trip went smoothly, I was confident that if we had an issue Juli would have been there to assist. I also loved having the app with my tip in my phone — it was so convenient!
