John was very professional and polite in responding to our needs when looking for lodging. He arranged all the details for our stay at the Hilton in Florence, South Carolina. Furthermore his insight to the Orlando area that we were visiting afterward was impeccable. The recommendations for dining and sight seeing made our trip extremely enjoyable and his knowledge of the area was on full display. He was a pleasure to work with and we look forward to the next trip.
