So glad we worked with Joe. He really listened to our last minute needs and suggested a place that fit us perfectly—better than what we had picked ourselves. Super easy and stress-free. Thank you! Looking forward to planning our next trip.

Joe was fabulous from initially helping research potential cruises right up to embarkation, helping with some missing communication from Viking. He stayed in contact with us consistently, and made sure we received everything from the cruise line. He also provided great info/tips on dealing with customs and other travel regulations. We will definitely ise Joe to help book our next trip.

Joe took care of many travel details for us that we would not have known about. Also provided reviews of Lima restaurants from friend and family; we chose Astrid and Gaston, which turned out to be one of the best meals of our lives.

10 Days in Alaska: The Last Frontier
Alaska holds a special place in the minds of people around the world. It is enormous in size, has few people but abundant wildlife, is a vast landscape of untouched nature, requires a commitment of time to reach and time to explore, and has numerous biomes, varied microclimates, and over 100,000 glaciers. While there are numerous places to stay, eat, and enjoy, a visit to Alaska at times does require travelers to be patient and agile and to navigate natural occurrences such as rapid changes in weather and disruptions to plans. Regardless, a visit to Alaska will change you, and you will want to go back.

Rhône River Cruise: History, Food, and Wine
If you’ve taken and enjoyed a European river cruise on, for example, the Rhine or Danube River, and would like to take the next step with a luxurious immersion in regional history, culture, and cuisine, then a Rhône River Cruise might be right for you. Earlier this month I, my wife, and some friends were fortunate to cruise the Rhône from near Arles, in the Provence region of southern France, to Lyon, the foodie or gastronomic capital of France (more about that later!). We did so on the Scenic Sapphire, a luxurious ship that accommodates about 140 passengers in a truly all-inclusive cruise experience, with a passenger-to-crew ratio of about 3 to 1. The cabins, the entire staff, and the excursions exceeded our high expectations, and the dining selections incorporated regional favorites and world-class culinary staples, paired with carefully curated local wines, as well as internationally renowned labels. A river cruise is a terrific way to explore the Rhône River Valley, with its stunning scenery, history, culture, great cuisine, and world-class wines. Scenic was a smart choice due to its five-star rating, superior service, and an itinerary we were excited about (e.g., Avignon private concert, Châteauneuf-du-Pape wines).
