Joanie planned a great weekend for us in Taichung - she had great recommendations on neighborhoods, cafes, activities, and restaurants to check out (pleasantly surprised to learn from her recommendation of Minimal, the world's only Michelin-starred ice cream shop. Who knew!).

Joanie was accommodating and really listened to what our group was looking for; traveling in a multi-generation group required a level of empathy and focus on details to ensure everyone had a great time and we really appreciated her efforts. Would definitely work with her again.

Joanie immediately identified the areas of town we wanted to explore for this trip to Dublin, and found the perfect hotel to act as a home away from home. She took care of all communication with the hotel staff, including informing them of our early arrival so that we could check in a few hours earlier than the normal check in time. All around a fantastic experience!
