Day 1: City & coastline

Stanley Park, Vancouver

Morning: Explore Stanley Park. We recommend renting a bike and heading towards the Seawall for panoramic views.

Afternoon: A magical escape within the city. Spend the afternoon exploring Granville Island’s local art galleries, artisan shops, and boutique cafes.

Evening: Dinner at Blue Water Cafe for sustainable seafood and delicious cocktails, all located in a heritage warehouse space in Yaletown.

Day 2: Marine wildlife & luxury

April to October are the best time to spot some orcas

Morning: Venture out and embark on a whale-watching tour to spot orcas and humpback whales off the coast of Vancouver.

Afternoon: Explore Gastown, Vancouver’s oldest neighborhood with an early evening walking tour to get a sense of the area’s architecture and history.

Evening: Enjoy dinner at L’Abatoir or Di Beppe Restaurant nearby.

Day 3: Hike & afternoon spa

Venture across the Capilano Suspension Bridge

Morning: Stroll or hike at Lighthouse Park or Capilano Suspension Bridge.

Day 4: Iconic Seattle

Afternoon: Get immersed in the innovation & history that made the PNW the unique place it is today at MOHAI or for the pop-culture enthusiasts, spend an afternoon at the Museum of Pop Culture.

Evening: Dinner at Altura, where you can indulge in seasonal ingredients from local farmers, forgers, and their own garden for a gorgeous, Italian-inspired tasting menu.

Day 6: Urban zen

Go on a coffee tour

Morning: Kayak on Lake Union or take a private coffee tour (including a visit to the original Starbucks).

Afternoon: Relax at a spa or visit the Seattle Japanese Garden for a nice afternoon stroll.

Evening: Have dinner at Paju, where traditional Korean cuisine gets a modern reinvention. Then enjoy rooftop drinks at the ALTITUDE Sky Lounge nearby.

Day 7: Urban nature

Morning: Visit the Columbia River Gorge and explore its waterfalls with a private guide.

Afternoon: Catch an afternoon flick at the Bagdad Theater and Pub, or go vintage thrifting in the Hawthorne neighborhood.

Evening: Dinner at Kann, founded by Chef Gregory Gourdet, a James Beard Award winner and former Top Chef finalist. The restaurant specializes in live-fire cooking, blending traditional Haitian flavors with Pacific Northwest ingredients.

Day 8: Art & exploration

Portland is known for its vibrant mural and street art scene

Morning: Explore Alberta Arts District or take a mural tour.

Afternoon: Soak in the thermal pools at Cascada Thermal Springs, newly opened in January 2025.

Evening: Enjoy authentic Yucatecan cuisine at Ki’ikibáa. Then head over to the Kennedy School, a former elementary school turned eclectic hotel and entertainment hub—wander through its historic halls to discover hidden bars, art-filled corridors, and remnants of its academic past.

Day 9: Hike & distillery tour

Explore Portland's breweries

Morning: Do a city hike. Explore Forest Park’s Wildwood Trail and hike up to Pittock Mansion.

Afternoon: Known for their craft beer scene, enjoy a self-led brewery or craft distillery tour.

Evening: Enjoy dinner at Hat Yai, followed by dessert and music at Rimsky-Korsakoffee House.

Day 10: Willamette Valley

Explore local wines in the Willamette Valley

Morning and afternoon: Arrive in Willamette Valley, known for some of the world’s finest Pinot Noirs. Enjoy lunch and a private wine tasting and tour at two local wineries.

Evening: Dinner at The Painted Lady, Oregon’s only AAA four-diamond and Forbes four-star restaurant, serving French-influenced New American cuisine and featuring Oregon wines.

Day 11: Indulgence & exploration

Explore Oregon's local wineries

Morning: Explore more of Oregon’s finest Pinots with a vineyard tour and tasting at Domaine Serene, Soter Vineyards, and other local, well-established wineries.

Afternoon: Leisure time at the spa or hot air balloon ride (seasonal).

Evening: Dinner at Pura Vida Cocina, known for their Latin American dishes inspired by Costa Rica, Peru, and more.

Day 12: Slow morning & departure

Wild mushroom foraging is just one of the ways you can enjoy organic, locally sourced ingredients

Morning: Brunch at Humble Spirit in McMinnville, a farm-to-table restaurant, celebrated for its seasonal dishes crafted from locally sourced ingredients.

Midday: Walk around downtown McMinnville’s shops and galleries.

Afternoon: Depart for Portland Airport or extend your trip to Sun Valley or Whistler.

Best time to visit: The Pacific Northwest is a year-round destination. Summer offers warm temperatures perfect for outdoor activities, while winter brings excellent skiing opportunities in places like Sun Valley and Whistler.
