Overall a wonderful experience and I am very grateful. Hotel had clearly taken special care due to Jill’s efforts — fruit in the room, a card from the entertainment sales director and a call to make sure I was happy — all nice touches. One level upgrade to a park view was what made it worth it. I look forward to working with Jill in the future — it was a great experience.
