Back in March of 2020, my son and I had planned an epic trip to Moab only for our plans to be derailed by Covid. Five years later, we made the trip happen, and it was probably better than our originally planned adventure. We ate, explored, and adventured through the beautiful landscape that is Moab, Utah.
