We kept saying during the entire stay at the Fairmont.... "THANKS, JENN"! We were immediately upgraded upon check in to a hotel room of our DREAMS. Full set up for two teen boys with their own beds. A lounge to watch TV, table for room service, individual bathrooms and a separate, connecting room for the parents so we could all enjoy our own space. We made use of the breakfast credit each day and enjoyed the food and beverage credit at the bar. Without Jenn's help with the booking, none of these welcome upgrades would have been at our disposal. "THANKS, JENN!"

Jen was the best! She responded quickly, asked the right questions, scheduled everything, followed up, and ensured it all smoothly. She was able to get us wonderful additions - a spa credit, food / beverage credit, and made sure we had the room we wanted! I’ll be using Jen for all travel!
