Francesca harkens back to the old days of travel agents when you could just describe an ideal trip and it would magically appear. Having mentioned this trip almost in passing, Francesca sourced the hotel and advised on timing, and even helped us find a guide through another client of her's. Moreover, when the prices changed in our favour at the hotel, Francesca alerted us to that fact and then enabled us to take advantage of the same. In short, not only will I use her again, I would enthusiastically recommend her to friends.
