Emily made sure we had a better room and a lower rate than what I previously booked. Emily is a pleasure to work with and it made our trip better knowing we had someone else looking out for us!

We were so pleased to know our travel agent Emily Martin had vetted our hotel in Taormina while she was there herself! When we arrived, we were greeted as if we were returning VIP’s. Immediately placing a glass of Prosecco in our hands, sitting us down to go over all the amenities at the hotel. We were shown to our room, of which we had no idea it was going to be so lovely! It was huge! But the real beautiful amenity was a notecard from Emily that shared how grateful she was for us choosing her to book our trip. Furthermore we had fresh fruit, lovely chocolates, and fresh flowers. We couldn’t have been happier. Emily communicated with me the entire time while booking our trip. She made great recommendations on restaurants, boutiques, and beaches. I feel Emily really took the time to understand my style so her recommendations were intentional. I definitely enjoyed planning our Euro vaycay with her and will not hesitate to work with her again!

Emily is my “go to” for all my travel needs - she is responsive, organized, detail oriented and always comes up with great ideas / choices. She always delivers more than expected.

Emily did a great job communicating with the Wittmore Hotel. She made sure that everything was the way I wanted it including extra pillows, and the quiet room away from an elevator.
