It’s the biggest Carnival in Europe and one of the most famous in the world. Every August bank holiday, around 2 million people come to West London to celebrate Caribbean culture. As someone who lives in Ireland most of the year, Notting Hill Carnival is my Carnival of choice. While I’ve taken part in other Carnivals, I love the energy of Notting Hill and experiencing London for this celebration.
