I’m a Canadian living in Ireland, and my travel planning style sits between two styles. One week I’m deep in a cultural experience—like visiting a village in Senegal—and the next I’m in Paris checking out the bougiest hotels. No matter the destination, culture is always at the heart of my planning—I’m all about making every trip feel special, personal, and just the right amount of luxe.

Our time in Thailand was magical because of the planning done by Elizabeth. We travelled to three different cities and she provided amazing itineraries for each one, highlighting each of the unique things that the cities had to offer. Her research allowed us to experience the best of Thailand, without feeling like we were just following the tourist crowd! She provided us with great tips for getting around easily and made sure that we stayed in great hotels in locations that were safe and convenient (all while staying within our budget!).

Elizabeth made all the difference in our visit to Dublin. Before we left, she took time to ask lots of questions, and get a real sense of what we’re like as a couple and what we would enjoy. My wife has a serious health issue, and travelling away from home means she has some very specific needs with respect to accommodation. Elizabeth made this a priority and found us the perfect hotel which met all our needs. Realizing our limitations, she provided a Notion that gave us mornings free every day, and focussed on only one event or interesting site per day. We will definitely contact Elizabeth the next time we decide on a holiday!
My wife comments, “Having not been well for quite some time I was so appreciative of the way Elizabeth, in her sensitivity to my needs, suggested wonderful ideas that helped me and made this a wonderful experience. I’m so thankful for her input.”

Bali was not on our radar when we were planning our family trip through Asia, but after Elizabeth mentioned how much she enjoyed her time there, we decided to give it a shot. We are SO glad that we did! Elizabeth not only knew all the best spots, but she also provided so much information about practical things like transportation, what to expect in terms of Balinese/Indonesian culture, and how to make the most of our time there. The highlight of our trip was a homestay that she recommended in Sibetan. We would never have considered a homestay option, but Elizabeth provided the encouragement and assurance that we needed to get out of our comfort zone and we are so glad that she did. It was an amazing experience and so unique! Truly one of the best things we did on our trip through Asia and we never would have even known that kind of thing existed without Elizabeth! Her itinerary highlighted some amazing spots that we never would have found without her help (including a beach where we swam with sea turtles right off shore!). She really gave us so much more than we could ever have found out on our own. We are so grateful for the amazing experience we had in Bali!

Elizabeth put together an amazing itinerary for our Japan trip! She suggested some great affordable hotel options and explained the pros and cons of each neighbourhood, which was so helpful in making a decision of where to stay. Her activity suggestions were perfect for our family and she even kept our kids and their interests in mind when choosing which activities to highlight. She offered lots of great food options, with variety in terms of price and even found some great veggie choices for the vegetarians in our family! Liz made our Japan trip so easy- we absolutely could not have done it without her!

When booking this trip for my husband’s birthday I started with an idea I wanted but wasn’t fully decided. Elizabeth Jones helped me fill in the blanks with her knowledge of the different areas and their locations with things we wanted to see.
