Daphne is quite simply the best! She made our dream vacation to Japan a reality.

Daphne was excellent to work with throughout the booking and planning process. Communication was always clear and timely, and she took our preferences into account when formulating our itinerary. She quickly grasped our desire for an itinerary that balanced leisure with sightseeing, and we trusted her to bring that vision to life. She delivered in every way. Some highlights included our unforgettable stay at a ryokan in Hakone, multiple breathtaking views of Mt. Fuji, and the thoughtfully curated experiences she arranged for us in Tokyo, Hakone, and Kyoto.

We are so grateful to Daphne for recommending Sedona for our family get-a-away. We never would have thought to go to Arizona or have found this magical resort. We had NO ideas for places to go, and after chatting with Daphne, she us a few suggestions, and shared some experiences with booking other families at the Enchantment in Sedona and we were immediately sold! Daphne provided us with a thorough itinerary that we followed almost to a tee, from booking Pink Jeep tours, to dining at family friendly restaurants and shops. Daphne also checked in on us throughout the trip, which was especially helpful on our Grand Canyon day-trip, as it was affected by the government shutdown. This is our second time working with Daphne to plan a vacation and it definitely won't be our last!

Daphne is always one text away, and with her travel expertise in the region helped us stay committed to our travel plans when I had some concerns as the trip was getting closer! She’s got great experience traveling with her own kids, so she is able to provide real life feedback from destinations she’s visited with her family.

Absolutely loved working with Daphne - she made sure everything was as perfectly in place - reservations, spa, restaurants, activities and more. She made us feel so special as we were celebrating a big birthday. We were also stuck on trying to decide between two different excursions and Daphne gave great advice and ideas. She knows how to find the perfect places that still feel luxurious but also highly functional for everything needed to bring a one year old abroad. Not to mention, she works with the staff of the hotels to go above and beyond to make our trip feel personal. Our son's first birthday fell at the same time as this trip, and upon arriving to our room, the staff had prepared balloons, a sign, and a hand written note for him.
