My Story
I have walked the Camino de Santiago, eaten my way through Sicily and Tuscany, wandered the markets of Spain, and traveled through South America. Travel for me has never been about checking boxes. It is about going deep into a place, understanding its history, and finding the moments that don’t show up on any itinerary template. I plan travel the way I experience it. With intention, curiosity, and a serious interest in what is on the plate and in the glass.
Travel Style
Slow. Deep. Food first. I want the dawn arrival before the crowds hit the cobblestones, the hike nobody took, and the restaurant the locals actually eat at. I read the history before I go and walk the ground when I get there. Whether it is a Viking longship on the Douro or a back road in Asturias, the best trip is the one that changes how you see the world.

Ancient Greece in 14 Days: A Philosopher's Grand Tour
Most people go to Greece for the islands. This itinerary goes for something deeper. From the Athenian Agora where Socrates debated and died, to the coastal headland where Aristotle was born, to the pass where 300 Spartans chose honor over survival, this is the Greece that gave the Western world its ideas about virtue, justice, and the good life. It rewards the curious traveler who wants to come home with more than just photographs.

Rhine to the Alps: A 13-Day Viking River Cruise from Amsterdam to Lucerne
Thirteen days that move from Dutch canals to Swiss alpine lakes, threading through Germany and France along the way. Amsterdam to Basel by river, then onward to Lucerne by road. Few itineraries deliver this much variety with this little friction. Four countries, centuries of history, and some of Europe's most dramatic scenery, all without unpacking more than once. This is the itinerary I recommend when someone tells me they want Europe done right, not Europe done fast.
