My Story
After 16 years in NYC and 15+ years keeping C-suite executives on schedule (and sane), I traded the city for Charlotte, NC—but left exactly zero of my Type A energy behind. In that world, "close enough" wasn't a thing. Complex international travel, last-minute pivots, schedules that changed by the hour—I handled it all without breaking a sweat. (Okay, maybe a little sweat...!) Now I channel all of that into planning trips that are seamless, thoughtful, and genuinely exciting. I love the details—the ones that turn a good trip into one you talk about for years.

I just had the biggest trip of my life going to Croatia and Italy. I had done some research on locations I wanted to visit in Italy and was becoming overwhelmed. I had never used, or worked with, a travel advisor before Dana. I am so happy that I did! She really helped me so much, she listened to my ideas and sent me links to investigate, so as to narrow down my choices and experiences. Dana also helped me with information about the air travel between Croatia and Italy further assisting me with a seamless travel experience. She made some suggestions for alternative travel destinations, but totally worked with me using my choices. Dana's contacts in the Puglia region came through with flying colors! Together we were able to fit in everything I wanted to do and even worked in a tour of Rome before our flight to Frankfurt! Everything, the tours, the drivers, the accommodations were perfection! I highly recommend Dana; she's attentive, responsive and fun to work with, what a wonderful experience! A ten out of five!

Once again, Dana was absolutely exceptional and played a huge role in making our stay truly memorable. From the start, she provided outstanding recommendations for restaurants, experiences, and local attractions that perfectly matched what we were looking for and helped us make the most of our time in Portugal.
What impressed us most was her genuine care and willingness to go above and beyond. My wife is unable to drink alcohol, and Dana took it upon herself to source a high-quality non-alcoholic wine and arrange for it to be sent to us for our river boat experience so she could fully participate and enjoy the occasion. It was an incredibly thoughtful gesture that turned a great experience into a special and unforgettable one.

Dana was an absolute dream to work with and made my parents’ surprise 60th birthday trip truly unforgettable. From the very beginning, she took the time to understand our vision and turned it into something even more special than we imagined. Her attention to detail, thoughtfulness, and genuine care came through in every step of the planning process.
She presented us with several wonderful hotel options and, once we chose one, curated an incredible itinerary filled with memorable experiences from a spa day and special dinners, to a luau and a Road to Hana tour. Her firsthand knowledge of Maui made her recommendations feel especially personalized and elevated.
