Caroline was wonderful! She was so easy to book through and very quick to respond. We received upgrade and free breakfast at both hotels we stayed in, which were a great perks! Caroline organized our airport pickup and it was so easy! I will be booking everything through her now!

Caroline was an incredible travel agent and made planning our trip feel effortless and actually fun. Caroline is amazing:
—she provided prompt responses to each of my many requests with complete information — she found incredible private rides between several destinations for a fraction more than the insane, packed, smelly tour buses…a feat worth her weight in gold!!! —she clearly explained details about tipping, fares, places to visit, inside scoops on short cuts, day tours and other wonderful inside information I never found online. — I booked at the very last minute for a destination wedding in the height of tourist season and still she was able to find me great accommodations and arranged transportation to and from everywhere I needed to go all within my budget. — I checked out two other travel consultants prior to finding Caroline and was told “you cannot make this trip on your budget” and said they could not work with me. Enter Caroline, who was able to not only find air fare below what I planned to spend, but she also procured a refundable plane ticket (on a great US airline ) which, under my particular circumstances was very gratifying, again this air fare was lower than my budget. Other travel coordinators could not produce the results that she was able to. Consider considering the time I gave her (about two weeks!) she came through amazingly! — she is thoughtful, has great attention to detail, never forgets what I told her and provided a beautiful itinerary with all of the information that I needed — I’ve flown to Europe a few times and used various tour guides and directories, but no one has matched her competence, her knowledge, and her excellent customer service. She makes me want to travel more just because she’s so good at her job.

Caroline, thank you so much for recommending and booking this hotel. The Manchester was a fabulous hotel centrally located in Lexington, KY near all major attractions. The room was extremely clean and well appointed with all modern conveniences. The bourbon themed bar and restaurant were fantastic. Thanks for everything Caroline!

Caroline did an exceptional job with our booking. She listened to what we wanted and provided a few options. With the help of Caroline’s advice, we went with The Store in Oxford. The location could not have been better and with the help of Caroline, our room was upgraded. I didn’t have to worry about anything knowing she had it covered.
