My Story
Travel changed for me the day of my Celiac diagnosis, but it didn't have to stop. As a mom of three, I know the anxiety of staring at a menu and wondering if “gluten-free” actually means “safe.” I became a Fora Advisor to turn that fear into freedom for other families, too.
My “why” is simple: I believe every child should be able to eat a Mickey Waffle without worry, and every parent should be able to relax on a beach knowing the kitchen protocols have been vetted by an expert.
I don't just book trips—I advocate for your health so you can focus on making memories.
Travel Style
My travel style is defined by meticulous advocacy. I specialize in "Safety-First" luxury—selecting resorts, cruises, and destinations that have proven, rigorous cross-contamination protocols.
Whether we are planning a rugged RV adventure to the sand dunes or a 5-star European getaway, I provide my clients with a "Safe-Haven" itinerary. This includes vetted restaurant lists, pre-stocked "Clean Kitchen" grocery plans, and direct coordination with hotel chefs. I’m also a fan of "The Early Head-Start", traveling during school planning days to beat the crowds for families and ensure the staff has the time and focus to get your safety protocols exactly right.

3 Days On Naples' 5th Ave: Luxury, Nature, and High-End Safety for Celiacs
A 3-day celiac guide to 5th Avenue and beyond because on 5th Avenue, do not settle for a menu that just has “GF” icons. Because these are high-traffic kitchens, the “protocol” here is to ask for the manager or lead server to flag the “medical celiac” order. The staff here is used to the highest level of service.

Marco Island: The 5-Day "Island Life" Itinerary
For most families, a vacation is about relaxing. For a Celiac family, it’s often an exercise in hyper-vigilance. You’re scanning menus for hidden malt, cross-examining servers about shared fryers, and worrying about cross-contact at every turn. Marco Island is different. This destination is special because it offers the “island slow-down.” In high-speed cities, kitchen mistakes happen when staff are rushed. On Marco, the pace of life allows chefs to take the time required for a “medical grade” order. Whether it’s the Italian-owned kitchens that treat gluten-free dining with European-level seriousness, or the high-end resorts like the JW Marriott that have standardized allergy protocols, Marco Island removes the “burden of proof” from the guest. It’s one of the few places where you can actually put your feet in the sand and trust that the “Safe Haven” label is real.
