Curator’s statement
I made this guide specifically to be the ultimate Miami International Boat Show (MIBS) 2026 experience for my Celiac clients. I focused on two hubs: Miami Beach (for the Convention Center) and Downtown/Brickell (for the on-water docks at Herald Plaza and Museum Park). Here is the turnkey itinerary using my preferred vetted partners, optimized for boat show logistics and medical food safety.

Day 1: The tech & trends

Sushi with gluten-free soy sauce
Convention Center
The stay: Check into 1 Hotel South Beach.
The experience: Head to the Convention Center to see the newest engines and tech.
Lunch: Planta South Beach (nearby). 100% plant-based and extremely Celiac-friendly.
Dinner at Nobu Miami. The protocol: Order the "New Style" Sashimi. Tell the server you have a severe allergy—they have a dedicated gluten-free soy sauce (Tamari) and will prep your meal in a separate area.
Day 2: The in-water experience

Boating on the water
Herald Plaza
The move: Take the Boat Show Water Taxi from South Beach to Downtown. It’s the fastest way to travel and offers the best views of the yachts.
Lunch at Zuma Miami (near Epic Hotel/InterContinental). The protocol: High-end Robata grill. Use my "Sartén Limpia" (Clean Pan) script for grilled proteins without the soy-based glazes.
Afternoon: Tour the SuperYacht Miami at Yacht Haven Grande Miami.
Day 3: The “sand & sea” recovery

Morning: Relax at The Standard Spa, Miami Beach.
The move: Visit Miami Design District for high-end shopping.
Lunch at Pura Vida (Design District/Miami Beach). The protocol: Very reliable for GF bowls and smoothies. Great for a quick, safe “performance fuel” lunch.
