Since we had never been to the Bal Harbour before so we were really relying on our Ariann's guidance. She truly knew the area so well and gave us wonderful recommendations that made our trip extra special. Her attention to detail and thoughtful planning took all the stress out of traveling, and we are so grateful for everything she did to make our trip such a fantastic experience. I would highly recommend Ariann to anyone looking to plan a getaway.

This was our first time ever booking a trip with a travel agent, and I can honestly say it completely changed the way we’ll travel going forward.
We worked with Ariann Bernstein to plan a very special trip to Parrot Cay in Turks & Caicos to celebrate my husband’s 40th birthday. I wanted the trip to feel effortless, thoughtful, and restorative, without having to do the planning myself, and that’s exactly what it was.
From the start, every detail was handled with such care, including a last-minute adjustment to include our son, Shaan. Parrot Cay ended up being perfect for our family. There was so much for him to do, while still feeling incredibly quiet, secluded, and relaxing for us as parents. It was the rare kind of trip that truly forces you to slow down.
The spa appointments were perfectly timed, the resort experience was seamless, and we were even surprised with an upgrade to a beachfront suite, which made the stay feel extra special. Although we didn’t end up doing the private dinner we had planned due to rain on my husband’s birthday, the flexibility and overall experience still felt thoughtful and stress-free.
What stood out most was how well everything aligned with exactly what we needed in that moment: calm, privacy, and real rest. I didn’t have to think, coordinate, or troubleshoot anything, which made the trip even more meaningful.
For a milestone celebration, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. It worked out beautifully, and we’re already planning our next adventure with Ariann, this time to Greece. I’m so grateful for the care, flexibility, and expertise that went into making this trip truly unforgettable.
