Annie was super great to work with! She was very helpful with recommendations and quick with communication. We traveled right after hurricane Beryl went through Mexico and she handled all communications with our resort and transportation company to make sure we were still able to travel. We enjoyed all of the recommended activities and restaurants by her! When the A/C went out unexpectedly at our originally booked hotel, Annie switched our family to a new, even more amazing hotel speedily & seamlessly.

Annie was so helpful in planning our trip to Italy. I didn’t really know where to begin with finding hotels and she was able to provide great options and insights. Checking in at our stays went so smoothly because Annie took care of contacting the hotels for us to let them know of our arrival times which took some stress off our plates.
