Anderson me deu assistência em todo o tempo, desde a programação da viagem, chegada no hotel, até o check out. Além da assistência, aplicou benefícios em nossa reserva que elevou muito a nossa experiência, como a possibilidade de check inn antes do horário pré definido, early check out, massagem relaxante, tudo incluso no valor pago na reserva. Quando tive o problema com a reserva do quarto que fiz sem o auxílio do Anderson, ele foi extremamente atencioso e resolutivo na resolução do problema. Como anteriormente dito, não foi possível mudar de quarto, porém com a ajuda dele obtive o reembolso da diferença paga pelo quarto superior, champagne no quarto como recompensa, além de uma nova reserva para desfrutar das acomodações e ter uma nova experiência. Eu escolhi e escolheria novamente viajar com ele pela qualidade do trabalho, atenção e cuidado com os clientes. Deixo aqui o meu muito obrigado pelo serviço impecável!

Anderson assisted me throughout my entire stay, from planning the trip and arriving at the hotel to checking out. Besides the assistance, he applied benefits to our reservation that greatly enhanced our experience, such as the possibility of an early check-in, early check-out, and a relaxing massage, all included in the amount paid for the reservation. When I encountered the issue with the room reservation that I made without Anderson's assistance, he was extremely attentive and solution-oriented in resolving the problem. As mentioned earlier, it was not possible to change rooms, but with his help, I received a refund for the difference paid for the superior room, champagne in the room as a reward, and a new reservation to enjoy the accommodations and have a new experience. I chose to travel with him and would choose him again because of the quality of his work, attention, and care for the clients. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks for the impeccable service!

My booking experience with Anderson Orlandi was great! He's super quick to respond and always open to find the best options for me. We were planning an international destination wedding and he was amazing for not only me but all of our guests traveling from the United States to Brazil! Anderson made everything easy and even suggested some alternatives that we hadn't thought of.

Anderson reached out the hotel in advance to ensure that the hotel was aware of my slightly early arrival and desire for an upgraded room. The hotel did not honor those requests upon my arrival, but Anderson reached back out to the hotel post-arrival to give them the nudge that they needed. I will most certainly book future travel plans with the assistance of Anderson Orlandi!

Anderson went above and beyond to help not only with the booking but also checked with the hotel prior to my arrival and again with me once I checked in, and then again to make sure a late check out could be arranged the next day too. He followed up several times to make sure all was in order and if I needed him to make anything right that wasn't already. In addition, he arranged for some really benefits waiting for me in the Hyatt Prive' package which included welcome drinks, a dining credit, breakfast credit, room upgrades, late check out , etc. All was really nice handled and made me feel special.
