Alyssa was so wonderful at helping plan and coordinate our multi-generational trip to Disney World before our Disney Cruise. All of the accommodations were handled, our transportation was smooth, and communication was seamless. We’re so grateful for her expertise, suggestions, and assistance with such an amazing trip.

Alyssa was phenomenal in her support of our travel needs for our honeymoon, which included stays in both Melbourne, Australia and multiple areas of New Zealand. We had a last-minute change with our itinerary and we required a new accommodation for our Auckland leg of the trip. She was very quick to respond, especially given the significant time difference between us, and she found us the perfect accommodation at QT Auckland as we were continuing with our adventure. We were in great hands with Alyssa working on developing a concise itinerary consisting of 9 Hotels and countless activities. Great consideration to our desires for our trip went into the selection for each accommodation, and the overall itinerary provided a healthy dose of luxury, scenery, fun, and relaxation. We are quite ready for another adventure, with Alyssa as our travel advisor.

Alyssa Grunden was top notch. I’d give her more stars if I could. Beyond responsive and accommodating. I will use Alyssa for all my vacations and even low budget friendly short trips to visit kids in college. Such a time and money save for me. Alyssa Helped with hotel; restaurant choices and reservations; excursions and cancellation on excursion when a trip member bailed; and even buttoned it up in a daily trip itinerary for me with all the reservation info. She went above and beyond at hotel to secure us additional extras like lounge access and securing room connectors of a very specific type that hotel only had two of that weren’t included in the fora booking; Alyssa went so far as to plan our excursions according to weather forecast (keeping an eye on any changes in weather for us too); and when I asked for a specific excursion with specific company she booked that too. She didn’t just book things she made commission from she went above and beyond to accommodate our specific requests. Alyssa checked in during trip several times to check how things were going. I have never used a travel planner before and it was hard to give up the control. I know Alyssa sensed that and she sent me options to approve or disapprove before booking, while also staying on budget. I will definitely use her again as she took all the hassle and burden out of planning and saved me money and time in the process.

Alyssa did a great job getting us set up for our weekend! She responded quickly and had our trip book in no time. She took the time to listen to what we wanted and needed, resulting in the prefect hotel booking.
