Alyssa is a real jewel. She made the whole planning process for our trip to Puerto Rico easy. She is very responsive and comfortable to work with. We had a major pivot in our travel plans and Alyssa handled it beautifully. She was very responsive and professional. She handled every detail of our trip including excursions and even the rental car. She sent us a very detailed itinerary on line and all I had to do was pull it up on my phone to check it. I will definitely use Alyssa for all my future travel plans.

Alyssa was great to work with. When our Airbnb reservation fell through, she helped us pivot quickly to get a reservation at the Fairmont Empress, and we got a great deal on our rate. I normally book all of our family’s travel and it’s a lot to handle on my own. This trip had a lot of moving parts, but I was grateful to have Alyssa involved where she could be. It gave me peace of mind to know someone else was watching over our travel itinerary and would be able to help out if any issues came up. Alyssa also arranged for some thoughtful touches waiting for us in our room when we arrived, which delighted us and our children.
