St. Lucia

This tiny mountainous island in the Caribbean is a gem to fly to. With direct flights from many major cities in the United States and the United Kingdom, St. Lucia is paradise redefined. I came and stayed at a private villa in 2022, and never wanted to leave with our views of the pitons over the glistening Carribean blue waters. Saint Lucia boasts an array of top-notch resorts that cater to discerning travelers seeking both luxury and natural beauty. Among the crème de la crème are Jade Mountain, Sugar Beach and Ladera. Jade Mountain stands out for its unparalleled architectural design, featuring open-air sanctuaries with stunning views of the Pitons and the Caribbean Sea. Sugar Beach, nestled between the Pitons, offers a blend of sophistication and tropical allure, with luxurious accommodations and a pristine beachfront. Ladera, perched on a ridge, provides a unique experience with its open-wall concept, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the breathtaking surroundings. These resorts not only exemplify luxury but also showcase the essence of Saint Lucia's enchanting charm, making them ideal choices for discerning travelers seeking an unforgettable Caribbean escape.

Consider Bali in January, where the island's lush landscapes and vibrant culture are heightened by a pleasant tropical climate. The beginning of the year offers a perfect balance, with warm temperatures and occasional refreshing rains adding to the island's natural allure. Explore Bali's iconic temples, such as Uluwatu and Tanah Lot, surrounded by the breathtaking Indian Ocean.
