My Story
Your Jet Set Oenophile™. If your travel desires are inspired by a love for exceptional food and fine wine, your perfect journey awaits. With a wealth of experience, having explored over 40 countries and orchestrated trips around sought-after reservations at renowned restaurants, I specialize in crafting bespoke luxury travel experiences for discerning travelers.
Based in NYC, I meticulously organize extraordinary getaways for my clients, ensuring every detail is taken care of. Let me help you indulge in the best of the best, allowing you to relax and savor every moment of your vacation.
My Travel Style
With over a decade of expertise in fine wine, I'm always ready to pack a bag if it means unearthing the next viticultural gem. Whether it's a prestigious region like Burgundy or Bordeaux, or seeing what's new from the boutique vintners of Sicily or Santorini, you'll find me diving in to explore a destination by day; returning to a glamorous boutique hotel (with a gorgeous infinity pool, of course) to sip on Champagne while watching the sun set.
And no evening would be complete without seeking out the best local cuisine and indulging in a fantastic dinner to delight this oenophile's senses.

Anny was wonderfully helpful for the planning of our Ireland trip. She had a structured process to get to know what type of locations we were looking for and had great recommendations (also from her personal experience). We have had a wonderful time on our trip, unthinkable without Anny's help. Thank you!

Anny was able to get us a better rate than what was published as well as hotel credit which was great! It made the decision making among a lot of options easier.

We love working with Anny—she offered us a great selection of hotels in the areas we wanted to go and gave suggestions on room level and offerings. The hotel we stayed at in St. Paul could not have been more perfect for our family—our rate included breakfast and we even got a special gift in our room. Anny is very detailed oriented and extremely helpful. We always work with Anny for our European trips and she never disappoints!

Just an EPIC trip and so very good and educational for our kids. Wonderful memories together as a family. Would not have had the same impact without Anny Chen’s help and wealth of experience. We were able to lean on her, and get most everything booked through her and Fora Travel. Thank you again, 100%!

She created outstanding and creative itinerary for our family and guided us every step of the way. We would highly recommend Anny to anyone who will listen - she is head and shoulders above anyone else in the industry.

Site Inspection: The Dewberry
I had the pleasure of staying at The Dewberry in Charleston over Memorial Day Weekend for two nights and had the chance to have a site visit with Julianne Urbancic, their Director of Leisure Sales. The Dewberry is an independent hotel and is a part of Virtuoso.

Peninsula New York Site Inspection
I had the pleasure of visiting The Peninsula New York. Located on the corner of 55th Street and 5th Avenue, this is prime real estate for being in a great area of mid-town right in between Rockefeller Center and Central Park, as well as in the best spot for luxury shopping with Bergdorf Goodman, Saks and all luxury stores all within walking distance. The Peninsula in New York has an incredible history. The building was first built in 1905 as the Gotham Hotel in neoclassic style, and after a dramatic history between various hotel groups, Peninsula acquired it in 1988 and it became The Peninsula in New York.

Best Warm Vacation Destinations in January
Living in New York, January is always a cold and slightly dreary month after the holidays. My favorite way to escape the January blues is make sure I have a warm vacation destination to look forward to in January.
Here is a comprehensive guide to the best warm vacation destinations in January!
As I’m writing this guide, I’m sitting on a beach lounge chair in the private villa in Jamaica watching the sun rise over our infinity pool. It’s definitely worth planning an island getaway in January to a warm destination to soak in some fun.

The Most Luxurious Hotels in Amalfi Coast for Every Traveler
Less than 90 minutes south of Naples lies the beguiling Amalfi Coast. This stretch of coastline features some of the most beautiful towns and views in all of Italy, overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea. While the coastline is named after the town of Amalfi, the following towns all fall under the Amalfi Coast umbrella: Positano, Amalfi, Ravello and Praiano, among others. I was lucky enough to explore this gorgeous coastline and use Positano as a base for my travels, while experiencing some of the best cuisine available along the Coast. Perfect for a honeymoon or anniversary, the Amalfi Coast has long attracted the jet set, and remains one of the most popular destinations in Italy today. Here are some of the top hotels in Amalfi Coast for you to consider when planning your dream Italian getaway.

The Insider’s Guide to Ischia, Italy
I first heard of Ischia from Elena Ferrante’s Neapolitan Series, My Brilliant Friend, and became obsessed with visiting this still relatively under the radar island one day. In early 2019, I learned of the iconic Il Pellicano Group’s acquisition of the stately Mezzatorre Hotel, and with my love of exquisite hotels as well as wanting to live out my own Ischian summer adventures, this seemed like the perfect way to explore this beautiful verdant island. What once had been considered as Capri’s less glamorous or overlooked sibling mostly catering to locals and other Europeans on holiday, today, Ischia has become that new hot place to go. That place you can’t wait to tell your friends about. Ischia truly has unique luxury accommodations that each show their own characteristics and charm.
This tiny island has it all, with beaches, wineries, thermal springs, its own castle, and even a botanical garden to boot. With its proximity to Naples, you can see influences in the cuisine, and dare I say, the pizza on the island is one of the best I’ve ever had. After reaching out to all our expert Italian friends who have been visiting this gem of an island annually for decades, I experienced this beautiful island for myself and put together a list of all the best places to consider when planning your trip. I already can't wait to return!

7-Day Itinerary to Explore Vietnam to the Brim
Now that Vietnam has once again opened up to travelers, there is no better time to explore this rich and vibrant country. Roughly the size of Italy, this Southeast Asian country is known for its incredible food (birthplace of banh mi and pho,) beautiful pristine beaches, rivers and green lush mountains. Incredibly diverse from the north to the south, you can be surrounded by ancient rice paddies and majestic mountains in the morning, take a quick flight south and be on some of the most pristine and unspoiled beaches by the afternoon. This itinerary for a seven day trip, however, extra days can be added in for a full 10 day trip if desired. The shape of the country is like a long narrow S curving down, so internal flights are usually the best way to get from point A to point B. However, this specific itinerary takes advantage of a luxury train from Da Nang to Quy Nhon, so there is only 1 internal flight needed to maximize the best use of your time when you’re there.
