Location

Peradays Design Hotel's location is a comfortable Art Deco hotel near Taksim Square, perfect location to explore the city's attractions. It is located in the historic district of Beyoglu situated on the European side of Istanbul, Turkey. Within walking distance, you'll be able to reach one of the city's buzzling neighborhoods, Taksim, all the way to the Galata Tower, in the same Beyoglu district the hotel is situated.
One caveat is that the hotel entrance is in a pedestrian street. Don't let this deter you from staying here, as the kind english-speaking hotel staff will help on your arrival. They will provide instructions to your or your driver to meet at the next corner, and the hotel staff will meet you there to help you with your luggage.

The Loft

Peradays Design Hotel offers three room sizes, the biggest with the most being the Loft Suites, where I stayed. All rooms have the modern sherlock vibe, with exposed bricks and steel hardware. The loft suites provide different feelings depending where you are standing in the room. The small couch by the window is the ideal winter view with a cup of chai.

Pet-Friendly

The main character of this property is their managers, a trio of purry tenants that will greet you and make you feel at home. Likewise, your pets are allowed in this property.

Breakfast

One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. A traditional turkish breakfast perpared on demand for the guests. As soon as you come down to the lobby, you'll find one of the tables set for you and your party. This is your opportunity to delight in turkish coffee, which is provided with your breakfast. Plate after plate, the chefs keep bringing to your table sides and compliments such as cherry mermelade, orange juice and bread.

Accessibility

While the hotel provides a lift to access the guest floors, the main entrance is not entirely accessible with a few stairs, which might represent a challenge to some.

I recommend Peradays Design Hotel in Istanbul to my clients who enjoy discovering hidden gems in the middle of buzzling cities. This is perfect for those who want to explore the historical sites of the city of Istanbul, while staying at a quiet and cozy place.
