Jade Mountain in St. Lucia is one of the rare places that feels more like a dream than a destination. After arriving by helicopter, we were immediately taken to our amazing sanctuary, which had the most unbelievable views of the Pitons. Each sanctuary is an open-air retreat with no fourth wall, so your room flows directly into panoramic views, all seen from your own infinity pool. Nature and design truly create one of the most extraordinary escapes in the world. It is the perfect location for guests celebrating a honeymoon or anniversary!

Jade Mountain has always been on our bucket list. It is a luxury resort unlike anywhere else in the world. Each open-air sanctuary has breathtaking views of the Pitons and the Caribbean Sea, with private infinity pools. We had the pleasure of exploring the Star, Moon, Sun, and Galaxy Suites, and they are all unique in different ways, but they all have the WOW factor that take your breath away.

Short walk to the beach
The service is what truly sets Jade Mountain apart. As soon as you arrive by helicopter, you are taken to your sanctuary and paired with a personal butler, called a Major Domo. Your Major Domo takes care of every detail—whether it is making dinner reservations, bringing you a glass of wine, setting up a romantic private dinner, arranging excursions, or bringing your favorite pillow from the "pillow menu." My husband and I were super impressed after we arrived back at our sanctuary from hiking Gros Piton. Our Major Domo had drawn a warm bubble bath for us to soak our legs after the vigorous hike. The attention to detail is truly unmatched here.

The food was also exceptional here. Jade Mountain Club is a farm-to-table restaurant with produce from their own Emerald Estate Farm, amazing fresh seafood, tropical fruits, and Caribbean flavors with a fine dining touch. The menu rotates, so you can always expect something different and unique each day.

Lastly, Jade Mountain guests have access to its sister property, Anse Chastanet. It is a quick walk or shuttle ride to two amazing beaches, Anse Chastanet and Anse Mamin. Both have lounge chairs and food and drink services. You also have access to all of the Anse Chastanet restaurants. Treehouse and Trou au Diablo Beach Restaurant were our favorites, offering fresh seafood and amazing Caribbean flavors.

Jade Mountain is a one-of-a-kind luxury resort and the perfect destination for honeymooners or those celebrating an anniversary.The service is unmatched here and I am already counting down the days until we return!
