1 Hotel Hanalei Bay recently opened in February 2023. It was formerly the location of the St. Regis. Purchased by Starwood Hotels & Resorts, the stunning property underwent a $250 million renovation and is the flagship of the 1 Hotel Brand. The resort's integration with native plants is so seamless that at times, the buildings blend in entirely, giving you the sensation of staying in a tropical jungle. Some accommodations feature private lanais, while others provide floor-to-ceiling windows instead of the lanai. All rooms offer remarkable views of either the ocean or a lush garden.
