Location
Just above the heart of South Beach’s shops, bars and restaurants, the 1 Hotel South Beach is located close enough to the action to be convenient but out of the way enough to feel serene. It is a beachfront property on Collins Avenue.

The standard room category at the 1 Hotel South Beach offers guests a sweeping 700-square-foot space with city views. Beyond that, there are several options for ocean view rooms or various suites.

The 1 Hotel South Beach has the largest beach, compared to nearby hotels, because the property has such a large footprint. There are four pools, ranging from an adults-only rooftop pool to a 30,000 square-foot infinity pool overlooking the ocean. The property also features the largest fitness center at any hotel in the United States; that, along with a full spa, provides guests a true wellness experience. There are eight onsite dining options, including the popular Watr Rooftop Restaurant. The kids' club, Seedlings, is not an ordinary kids' club; it includes sustainable activities like planting a butterfly garden. Additionally, there are many aspects of the hotel that take sustainability into account; for example, each room has a filtered water tap to reduce the use of bottled water. The 1 Hotel South Beach has taken every detail into account, and there are endless ways for guests to fill their stay.
