From Mexico’s Pacific coast to the hills of Texas and the riverbanks of Provence, this month’s openings cover serious ground. The Ritz-Carlton unveils its newest Reserve on the Riviera Nayarit, while Mandarin Oriental makes a striking city debut in Dubai. In Provence, a French legend adds his personal touch to a MGallery escape, and in upstate New York, a former factory reemerges as a creative hub. Read on for the openings to keep on your hotel radar this month.

Opening November 21, Siari joins the exclusive circle of Ritz-Carlton Reserves—just nine worldwide—with a setting that captures the wild beauty of Mexico’s Riviera Nayarit. Spread across 920 acres between jungle and sea, the resort stretches along 4.3 miles of swimmable beach, one of the largest on the coast. The 91 ocean-view rooms and suites draw inspiration from Nayarit’s landscapes and Huichol craftsmanship, while dining highlights Pacific flavors by chef David Castro Hussong at Zulu and wood-fired flatbreads at Masa Madre. The Ha Yeka Wellness Center blends local healing traditions with modern design, and with a Tom Fazio–designed golf course and thoughtful family programming, Siari embodies what the Reserve collection does best—a retreat that honors its surroundings and slows life to a gentler rhythm.

The brand’s second Dubai hotel opened in October inside the sculptural Wasl Tower on Sheikh Zayed Road. Rising 303 metres, the 63-storey landmark features the region’s tallest ceramic façade—an architectural feat that also helps naturally cool the building. Inside, the 259 rooms and 224 residences are sleek and soothing, dressed in refined materials with intuitive tech and floor-to-ceiling views of the Burj Khalifa or Arabian Gulf. Dining spans ten venues, from Nikkei to modern Greek, while the two-level spa combines age-old rituals with high-tech recovery. With a rooftop pool, helipad and prime Downtown address, it’s Mandarin Oriental sophistication through a distinctly Dubai lens

  • Fora’s Mandarin Oriental Fan Club partner perks include a $100 food and beverage or spa credit, a welcome amenity, daily breakfast, and an upgrade and extended check-in/out whenever possible.

Set along the Sorgue River in L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, the so-called “Venice of Provence,” this new MGallery hotel captures the creative rhythm of the region. Conceived by French singer and actor Patrick Bruel, it reflects his Domaine de Leos brand—famed for its olive oil, wine, and cosmetics crafted nearby. The town itself is a treasure trove for collectors, home to more than 300 antique shops and markets that draw art lovers from around the world. Back at the hotel, the atmosphere feels personal and rooted in place, from the scent of wild herbs to the smooth Provençal stone beneath your feet. Unwind at the olive-inspired spa with its multisensory pool and snow room, then dine at La Roue, where Provençal flavors take center stage.

Opening November 14, Park Hyatt makes its Mexico debut along the Golden Corridor—the scenic stretch linking Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo. Set within the private Cabo del Sol community (also home to the new Four Seasons), the resort bridges desert and sea with architecture by Mexico’s acclaimed Sordo Madaleno studio and nature-led interiors by Paulina Morán, the designer behind some of the country’s top resorts. Rooms and villas feel spacious and serene, finished in limestone, local wood, and handwoven textiles, many with plunge pools and open-air living spaces. The atmosphere drifts easily between calm and social—three oceanview pools, the Costamar Beach Club that comes alive at sunset, and restaurants ranging from Mediterranean-Mexican at Silán to Dátil Coffee Shop, where coffee is its own art form. The 59,000-square-foot Navia Spa adds another draw, offering a state-of-the-art fitness center, lap pool, yoga studio, and Baja-inspired wellness rituals.

  • Fora’s Hyatt Privé partner perks include a $100 resort credit, a welcome amenity, daily breakfast, and an upgrade and extended check-in/out whenever possible.

Pocketbook Hudson

Once a 19th-century pocketbook factory, Hudson’s largest landmarked building has been reborn as a 70,000-square-foot creative compound bringing together art, food, and design. Dreamed up by a team of hoteliers and designers with roots at The Standard and Ace, Pocketbook blends its industrial bones with warm, light-filled interiors and contemporary works by artists like Tschabalala Self and WangShui. There’s Ambos, where chef Norberto Piattoni (of Francis Mallmann and Tartine fame) fires up Argentine dishes with Hudson Valley produce, plus a café, gallery, and even a secret club in the old boiler room. The Baths, a sprawling new wellness space inspired by global bathing rituals, are set to open in 2026, rounding out a new chapter for Hudson hospitality.

  • Fora Perks include a $25 food and beverage credit, a signature welcome drink per guest, a 15% discount on treatments at Bath House Spa, and an upgrade whenever possible.
