You plan the event. You manage the details. But the travel booking? That often goes somewhere else.
With Fora, you can integrate travel into your services, turning one event into an ongoing client relationship. What starts as a room block can become repeat corporate retreats, incentive trips, and personal travel for your clients.
Instead of coordinating travel, you own it.

Access preferred partner perks at 7,200+ top hotels worldwide
Get dedicated group support to execute complex bookings seamlessly

Fora lets you seamlessly expand your services into travel. Backed by expert training and Fora's relationships with 7,200+ premium partners, Fora’s platform handles the operational heavy lifting—so you can focus on growing your business and earning more. A Fora subscription gives you:
An IATA number to get access to commissionable rates

I signed up with Fora and had an IATA number that I could use to produce a group booking contract right away. Being able to monetize this knowledge and skills that I already have was such a big advantage.

Fora is a modern host agency for travel advisors. You can use Fora to book hotels, resorts and experiences for your clients—all while unlocking upgrades, perks, and exclusive rates. We provide the training, tools, and support you need to add travel planning to your existing services or simply streamline what you’re already doing. You book through our platform and we handle the back-end logistics (invoicing, commission tracking, industry partnerships) so you can focus on your clients and existing business.
Pretty much anything in the world of travel. This includes hotels, resorts, room blocks, group bookings for destination events, transportation, private experiences, and more. If your clients need it for their travel, you can likely book it with Fora.
Yes. As a member of Fora and our global network, you benefit from the strong relationships and overall production of our advisor community. This credibility helps you secure better discounted rates, higher commission opportunities, and valuable concessions for your clients.
You can complete the signup process in minutes. Once you’re in, you’ll have immediate access to our training materials and can begin booking as soon as you feel ready. Most planners start booking right away, while others take a bit of time to learn the tools—it’s totally up to you.
Absolutely. Most planners join Fora to complement their existing business. You maintain full ownership and visibility of your client relationships, and Fora simply powers your travel bookings behind the scenes.
Nope—you can join Fora either as a 1099 independent contractor or through an LLC. If you start out as a 1099 independent contractor and later decide it makes more sense to run your business through an LLC or other legal entity, that’s completely fine—you can make that switch at any time.
When a booking is complete and the hotel pays out, Fora distributes commissions directly to you (or your LLC, if that’s how you’re set up). You’ll be able to track all commissions and statuses through our platform. Payments are issued monthly once funds are received from suppliers.
Yes. As is standard in the industry, the client agreement includes a commission clause that clearly discloses this.
