Need to know
Steve Wynn originally mandated that every restaurant within the Wynn and Encore resorts must offer a dedicated vegan menu. This remains the gold standard on the Strip, making these resorts the most stress-free locations for high-end vegan dining. When ordering drinks at casino bars, remember that while most spirits are vegan, some traditional “fizz” cocktails use egg whites.
