Day 1: Arrival & tapas

The gardens at the Allison Inn and Spa

Fly into the Portland International Airport, less than an hour away. Get settled at one of the luxurious hotels listed above. Grab a glass of wine at the hotel or a nearby tasting room, followed by a dinner of Spanish tapas at La Rambla in the center of McMinnville.

Day 2: Tasting & local fare

Picture your tasting at Domaine Divio on these adirondack chairs

Start the day with breakfast at Crescent Cafe. Try the cinnamon roll! Next, head over to Domaine Willamette for a sparkling wine tasting to start the morning.

Continue to Domaine Divio to enjoy some of my personal favorite Pinot Noirs in the valley. Stop at the Carlton Bakery for a sandwich and afternoon pick-me-up.

Drive over to Renaissance for breathtaking views and a tasting on their patio. Head back to the hotel to freshen up and relax before heading to dinner at Rosmarino Osteria Italiana.

Day 3: Spa & pool

Say goodbye to wine country

Wake up and have breakfast at the hotel, followed by a relaxing day on the hotel grounds. Spa appointments, lounging by the pool, and exploring the winding paths overlooking the resort vineyards are an excellent way to spend the day before heading to the Portland airport.
