Throughout our trip, she coordinated transportation, checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly, and genuinely cared that we were having the best possible experience.

Jenny also secured incredible perks for us, including a complimentary room upgrade, daily breakfast at the resort restaurant, and $600 in resort credits. She even assisted with dinner reservations, ensuring we had access to some of the best dining experiences on the island.
