Jenny was great! She quickly gave us several options to choose from, all offering something different to consider. We had never been to any of them. Just from her information, we chose The Grande Colonial and we made the right choice! It fit our needs for this particular tip perfectly. We even visited one of the other properties while in town and will probably try that one next. We had a bit of a snag flying out (missed connection and got in a day late) and Jenny promptly called the hotel for us and rearranged our booking. She didn't have to do that, but it was very helpful and appreciated. Given all the uncertainties with travel, I recommended letting an expert like Jenny help pave the way for a great experience!!
