Day 1: Arrival in Phoenix

All six of us landed in Phoenix on Thursday, buzzing with excitement for the adventure ahead. We checked into the DoubleTree Resort in Scottsdale, instantly slipping into vacation mode with palm trees, desert warmth, and poolside vibes.
That evening, we reunited with friends from the University of Arizona for an unforgettable dinner at Uchi. Between the perfectly crafted sushi, creative cocktails, and endless catching up, it was the perfect kickoff to our girls’ getaway. Late-night laughs back at the hotel sealed the deal—this trip was already off to an amazing start.
Day 2: Drive to Sedona & Devil’s Bridge hike

Friday morning, we packed up the van and hit the road for the scenic two-hour drive to Sedona. The desert landscape slowly transformed into towering red rock formations, and we knew we were heading somewhere special.
After checking into the breathtaking Enchantment Resort & Spa, we laced up our hiking boots and tackled the iconic Devil’s Bridge hike. The climb was worth every step—sweeping views, red rock cliffs, and plenty of photo ops made this one for the books.
That night, we dressed up for dinner at Dahl & Di Luca, indulging in cozy Italian comfort food, wine, and stories from the trail. It was the perfect mix of adventure and indulgence.
Day 3: Mii amo spa day

Saturday was all about slowing down. We started the day with a delicious brunch at Cress on Oak Creek, where fresh flavors and peaceful creekside views set the tone for a day of self-care.
Then came the highlight: a full day at the Mii amo spa. From massages and facials to quiet relaxation spaces tucked into the canyon walls, it was pure bliss. Time seemed to slow down as we soaked up every peaceful moment.
We wrapped up our perfect spa day with dinner at Che Ah Chi, Enchantment’s signature restaurant. Under the glow of desert sunsets and star-filled skies, we toasted to friendship, laughter, and the kind of weekends we wish could last forever.
Day 4: Departure
Sunday morning, we reluctantly packed up and made the drive back to Phoenix, soaking in our final glimpses of red rock views along the way. With full hearts, relaxed minds, and phones overflowing with memories, we headed home already dreaming of our next girls’ escape.
Need to know
This Phoenix and Sedona getaway was everything a girls’ trip should be—equal parts adventure, relaxation, indulgence, and connection. From sushi nights to spa days, epic hikes to late-night laughs, it was a reminder that the best trips are always about the people you share them with.
